PSL daily report Wesnesday July 27 2022 7.30am

Winnie the Pooh and a Blustery Day comes to mind with the weather report today. At least Pooh bear had a decent layer of fur to protect from the windchill factor... ( If you don't know what this is, keep reading below ). If the reports come to fruition,.. It is only a little bit windy at 7:30.. you will need some decent layers of thermals, fleece, puffer, jacket, face protection, gloves, pants.  If the wind picks up as predicted today and watch for Lift wind hold  ... Snow is predicted today and at weekend ... We hope it shows up as we havent scored what the models indicated yesterday .. Just a dusting rather than a few centimeters. It's a glorious sunny morning in Jindabyne and Perisher and we expect a partly cloudy day with a couple of possible snow showers on the mountain. The resort is spinning 42 lifts covering 93 runs today and the cross country trails are groomed and ready for some action. At 7:30 a.m. there is ice on the road so watch that braking foot. 
🌬️Wind chill or windchill is the lowering of body temperature due to the passing-flow of lower-temperature air wind-chill temperature can be found by multiplying the wind speed by 0.7 and then subtracting that value from the air temperature.
